I dont understand the process of bidding and purchasing a vehicle.
What do they charge with the vehicle winning through ebay
. Is it alot? What are the fees?
EX; i am looking at a mercedes benz for 21,000 on ''buy it now''
bidders have 3000. If i put 4000 do i win? Do i have to pay the 21,000?
