So im trying to lose weight. Ive been running 2.25miles 3 nights a week. After the run I do about 20-30min. free weight training.
Well its been about 8 weeks now since ive been doing this and lost 17lbs. But I was thinking i want to start riding a bicycle before going to work every morning. But here is the delema, Im 6'7 and 276lbs. What kind of bike should I get? I want something more along the line of mountain bike type. Please help me out here. Thanks
