Bicycle Situps Question?

So I started doing bicycle situps yesterday and I did about 50 or so and today my stomach muscles are sore to a slight degree, should I continue doing them everyday? Or every other day? About how many should I be doing at a time?

I want to get nice and firm abs, not like a six pack or something by April. Do you think I will meet my goal?

Oh and if I cut down my snacks from sugary foods to like pretzels and fruits and yougurt, will that help keep my healthy?
Im not really targeting "weight loss", because my body is fine, just I want to get a little bit tighter stomach
i ment that instead of eating like icecream or like chips or stuff, im now eating pretzels yogurt and fruits.. ahaha i didnt mean it to sound that way
 
just so you know pretzels aren't sugary and they are a great source of carbs which you need for energy
yogurt is like the healthiest thing you could eat, you need it for your bones, majority of teens aren't getting enough calcium and you need it for a healthy musculat skeletal system and so you don't develp anything like osteoperosis and such
fruits?? of course that's healthy, is this a joke?
 
Try to mix it up with other ab work outs. Sometimes your muscles get too used to work outs. Plus, if you're just looking for a firm stomach then you can just ran as well. There's no such thing as "targeted weight loss".

Yes, you don't have to completely cut yourself off. Even cutting a little bit helps a lot.
