Bicycle Pros: Prevent laziness, easy to use to get around the city and to/from work, one-time cost cheaper than a scooter by around $2500

Bicycle Cons: No good place to store! (Outdoors on back balcony accessed though my narrow apartment), higher probability of being stolen.

Scooter Pros: I've wanted one my whole life but only now is it realistic ($ and city), more efficient to get some places (i.e. hills!),

Scooter Cons: Potentially make me lazier, one-time cost about $2500 more expensive than a bike

Not important: Costs after initial purchase (i.e. gas/parking costs only slightly higher than public transit)

vespa's are lovely but the con is it will hurt more when you come off be careful i got rid of mine once i come off but i am starting to miss it now i have 2 get the bus lol

Con: You can ride your bicycle to work. Get yourself all sweaty. Smell bad until you can get home and take a shower.

If you are worried about getting lazy, after work, you can always ride yous scooter to a park and go for a jog to burn off the same calories you would have burned off on your bicycle.
