Bicycle In Restaurant a Health Violation?

subway, not blocking the entrance or anything...

temporarily park my bike in subway so it doesn't get stolen while i buy my food...
 
Without knowing your location, no documentation is possible. This is an issue of state and/or local health codes. That said, I agree with the first answer. It probably depends on WHERE in the restaurant the bicycle is. If it were in a food storage or food prep area, it would probably be a violation. In the entrance/dining area, it may be acceptable.
