Bicycle frame size for 6'3" man?

I need to get a bike to ride with my daughter.

I have no idea what size to get, but I am a big guy.

I was thinking of a moutain bike.

What size should I get?
 
The best thing to do is get fitted at the local bike shop. If you are going to ride mostly on the road and smooth bike paths like rail trails you may want a comfort or hybrid instead. You wont find a bike that will fit you at Walmart or other department stores. Bikes of the same frame size will differ slightly from one manufacturer to another so be sure to ride before you buy.
