I'm thinking of buying a bicycle but I don't know what size is good... the website offered me 3 size: 20", 24", and 26" (I don't know what part of the bicycle this number refers to). I'm 21 yo regular-sized asian male.. which size should I choose?
I'm 169 cm in height and 65 kg in weight...

Those aren’t frame sizes. They look like wheel sizes. 20” for BMX (I think), 24” child sized mountain bikes and 26” for adult mountain/comfort/commuter bikes (Some MT bikes have 29” wheels, and road bikes have 700cm wheels).

Most crappy department store bikes are one-size-fits-all, but if you are buying a quality bike from a bike shop, they will measure you for proper fit. Test-ride several bikes to see what feels the best. Assuming “normal” size is 5’7”-5’10”, you are probably looking at a 17-18 inch mountain bike, somewhere around a 53 cm road bike. All that matters is the length of your legs, arms and torso, being Asian is pretty irrelevant.
