bicycle experts help my out please?

i have a crappy old mountain bike and i want to change the gears and cassette in the rear

what im looking for is something like those children's bicycle's
where you can coast and if you pedal backwards you stop
whats that setup called?
i dont want a fix geared
 
You are talking about a coaster brake hub, they only problem is getting the chain tight enough because you need horizontal drop outs to use one.
