Um yeah apparently they are the best ab exercise but unlike the other ab exercises im not sure if you're supposed to do sets of bicycle crunches based on the amount of reps or the amount of time that you do them? Also, is there a specific form to it because sometimes i lose my balance and fall to the side a little and also sometimes the burning starts really quick and other times it takes like 2 mins to burn. Lastly, I really don't understand why they are the best, I mean I don't feel the most burning in my abs when i do them compared to other exercises and are your abs working by consistently lifting them up and turning them to the sides and/or because your legs are raised up during part of the workout?
