bicycle crunches? am i doing them right?

i can 100 quite easily, so i dunno if im doing them right..

both legs suspended in air like 20-30 cm off ground? with shoulds off the ground and hands behind head, twist body so right knee goes to left arm,and left knee goes to right arm?

the basic action is just moving the legs, and twisting body??
what if i try make it into like a situp aswell...make it harder :L i like these bicycle crunches, only started doing them really, i know ive gained abit of musscle already on the lower part of my abs, i can actually see it :L, im also quite chubby so got my fat over my muscle which is a pisstake ¬)¬
