Will city pay for new one? I had a nasty bicycle accidet on the F-line train tracks (the result of my tires slipping on the metal- NOT getting stuck inside of them). I had a helmet on but nonetheless sustained a head injury, the impact of which broke my glasses. What are the chances of the city paying for new glasses? How do I even go about attempting to make such a request?
The tracks are unavoidable- they run right in front of my house. It is not trespassing to be on them.
