Bible on late night tv, what is it called?

Hi, A few times in the past year or so, I would be up late watching tv, and i would come across this tv series (but it isnt really a tv series, i dont know what exactly you would call it). But the films are new (not the ones from the 70's). The quality is good, so it must have been a bigger production. But basically it tells the story of the bible. I am not much of a reader, i prefer visuals. Can anyone tell me what that "series" is called or if there is something similar, that is not cheesy!? I'm not looking for Passion of the Christ or anything theatrical like that. Just that tv type of show!

I think you are looking for The Bible Collection Series. Check them out on Christianbook.com.
You might want to check out The Visual Bible:Matthew. This one is word for word from the Bible. If you saw this,you read the whole Book of Matthew. The quality is very good.
