Police shot dead a black man a few days ago - he apparently fired at the police first. Turns out that wasn't the case. But what kills it is how even Kate finally giving Sawyer some friendly attention for one or two eps in s2 comes directly off the back off her kissing Jack and feeling scared that things were getting too hot. And then just as quickly as people were getting giddy that Kate cutting Sawyer's hair meant she had some burning love for the guy, out comes this;
