Bi polar or manic depression is a psychological disorder. People who have it have extreme lows and highs with their emotions. When they are in their manic state they are likely to do stuff they'll regret like max out credit cards or have sex they wouldn't normally have. Don't have sex with someone in this state- it's pretty much taking advantage of them because they're not thinking clearly.
