hopefully the build quality is better than the N73

This is a CECT8380-5. This phone only has .3M camera and only 900/1800 and 2 in screen, and is running its own software, only the home screen make it look like S60. Feature wise it is no where compare to a N73 only has its look. And it cost about $120.
