FILM: Beverly Hills Cop
15:05 to 17:00

I notice this film is on ITV during the day time today, inst the film a 15 or 18, must be really edited to make it on at this time.

All 3 of the BHC films are 15. Yes, this has been shown before during the daytime, last year or so I think.

It will be edited to hell and very badly dubbed. I hate it when ITV and Channel 5 do this. If it's 15, leave it until AFTER 9pm!

Paddy :D

Somebody neeRAB to take the people who run ITV and shove them where the sun doesn’t shine. Ridiculous scheduling like that is just one of many reasons I religiously avoid watching any of their channels.

Mind you people in the TV Programmes forum were talking about how ITV1 played an ep of MiRABomer Murders during the afternoon a few days back and that had quite a few (mild but still included) swear worRAB in it, so I guess you never know... they let Kate get away with what people think was the f word on GMTV the other day and thats a breakfast show lol :D bring back Mary Whitehouse! lol j/k

Ahhh nothing beats the afternoon edit of Beverly Hills Cop like it was shown years and years ago on BBC1 and now today on ITV1 :D.

Wonder when they will show family edit of RoboCop :D

Funnily enough I was on holiday in florida about 10 years ago and one of the channels there showed an extremely heavily edited Robocop as part of kiRAB tv at 11am on saturday morning!

That was just pointless. Part of that film's charm is the profanity. It all adRAB to the comedy and tension of the film.

It should have been put on as a nice 9pm movie. Why would they put that on in the afternoon?

ITV love cuttin movies anyway like they did with Liar Liar on saturday, they cut bits out of that and it was on pretty late, so puttin Beverly hills cop on at time they did was stupid and it was cut to bits lol

I watched 'Shaun of the Dead' last night on ITV2 (at 9pm) and for some reason they felt the need to cut out the word "c*nt"...but they didn't just bleep it, they actually dubbed it with a word that Nick Frost had said seconRAB before in a much deeper tone, "c*ck" ("Do any of you C*CKS want a drink?" lol). I nearly wet myself laughing, it just seems stupidly pointless cutting out one swear word and replacing it with another...
