Anybody tried to log into your BEV on-line account?

I keep getting a new login screen like I am logged out.

Trying to change my package, I don't want to call India and get another sales pitch about being a good customer and for guess only $$$$ I can get 10000 more channels that I don't watch.

I've also had problems using firefox on the Bell website. When i tried to order my Bell service in the first place i ran into trouble with the website.

My advice, if your on bell.ca for anything important, use internet explorer (ugh). And make sure it is updated with the latest security too.

Yes, as a linux and FF user, I find the bell site horrendous as well. You can try ies4linux as an alternative though.

I also think it is something to do with the gecko engine that FF uses. If you use the Midori browser (it uses the webkit engine), then the site is at least navigable, albeit still a bit slow.

you can try Opera. download the linux version. I found that IE and Opera worked equally well with bell.ca

Forget software or browser problems, try logging on (or even downloading the first page) using dial-up! Oy veh! Too much graphics, takes me an hour just to get the first page loaded! I live in the country with only dial up access (not even WiFi).:(

It has nothing to do with the browser, it is plain a bad web server

If I could log in last week I got a "sorry we are experiencing some technical issues."

I see that regular. they cannot even keep their own web-servers up.

Suggest you phone or e-mail. Changed my programming twice on - line with no results
