better than Mot V600

I'm looking for a phone that would be better than the V600 my wife is currently using; mostly something with better reception since the V600 does not work well at home, bluetooth, and maybe an MP3 player included.
Our plan is on Cingular-Former AT&T (Chicago area).
I'd go for something a little older or used at a good price.
I'm really not sure what to even start looking for.

Motorola V360 is a really good phone. Im reasonably sure it has a MP3 player too. It has bluetooth I know that for sure.
