Which is a better sprint endurance workout?

1.
100m x 1 (5 mins rest between reps)
200m x 2 (7.5 mins rest between reps)
300m x 3 (10 mins rest between reps)
200m x 2 (7.5 mins rest between reps)
100m x 1 (5 mins rest between reps)

2.
Sprint 400m with 80% intensity ( can't go all out for 400m)
Walk 400m
- Repeat 5 times till reach 2km
