As you don't say where you bought it or what kind it is, I'm not totally sure, but this is a link to a bhg swing sold at walmart that has a LOT of warranty info in it, so, I'd be looking online for the same swing to find similar warranty info, because you will have to contact them through the retailer in the first instance....
