Better beginner motorcycle? 2008 Hyosung 250r or 2008 Kawasaki ninja 250?

what the H*** is a hyosung? get something with some kind of history of performance and quality. a hyosung is probably made out of recycled yammerhammers. or chevys.
 
I am getting my license very soon after i complete the class and am starting to look for a good beginner bike heard these two are good. Im about 5"11 which one is better fit ?
