betta fish with heater?

i recently bought a betta being told that it doesnt need a heater he seems the be sitting on the gravel ive been told get a heater for him i i decided to setup my old 11 litre (english litres lol im not sure if u.s.a and europe litres are same) theres these hydor mini aquarium heater that im gona order today there both the same company and item but one is 7.5watts and the other is 15watts which one do you think i should get?........here is the ling to both pics and info of the heaters :

if u have a 11 litre tank then i would go for the 7.5 watt 1 it will do its job to the size of your tank good luck
