betta fish tank? filter question!?

hey, i have a ten gallon divided tank with 2 male betta in it. my father recently picked me up a filter. it is a fluval 2 plus filter for usage up to 24 gallons. i was wondering, can i use this in my ten gallon tank?
thanks everyone! these bettas were my best friends, who just passed. so im trying to keep them alive and healthy. and yes its a perforated divider, with little holes in it. lol

Yes. The filter if for UP TO 24 gallons, which means 24 gallons or less
