ok im going to get a betta fish soooon.. SOO i have a few questions:
WAIT before i ask read this:
my aunt had a betta fish.. it lived in a small vase with no heater, light, or gravel or plants..and no air pump...it lived for 6-7 years...
NOW my questionS areee:
1. i have a 5 gallon tank.. can i keep ONE betta fish in there? with absolutly NOTHING in it?!?! my parents will PROBABLY not get plants, heater, air pump... ETC.... cuz my aunts fish was that way soo they think thats ok...soo can i?!?! sry i have 2 questions lol!
2. as i said above ^^ can i keep a betta fish with out anything in its tank except water (filtered)?!...i mean i know its not the best but is it OK?!?!?!?!
3. is there anything CHEAP i can get for the fishy...not a filter/air pump... if i get that i might as well get tropical fish!!... and i wont get gravel cuz they SMELL after a week even if i clean it like crazy...soo yea...
and do you reccomend any other fish thats does not require heater, air pump/filter, light, and live plants?!....thanx!!!
AND NOO GOLDFISH!!!! i had one and *shivers* it was SMELLY and stuff.. and yes i was taking care of it properly..

toooo jade: i take good care of my fishies.. you cant really blame me i was like 8 or 9...sryy if i got you mad or anything and yes since im older i will take care of my pets
