Betta Fish has Pop-eye what to do?

My betta fish got pop-eye the other day and I was wondering if I could use that Jungle ICH medication? And do I have to remove my fish while I put it in? Will it change the colour of the water since its blue? Please help I need to get rid of it. POOORRR FIISSHH
 
This can not go away sadley. my fishes eye also poppeed out and it died a week later, after it had both out =[ the ich medicine only releives ich so i would not be waiting for any changes=[ get a new fish but change the water.
