Zoidberg is such a lovable loser that you can't help but be endeared toward the guy. Any scene where he's lamenting the sad life he lives always makes me giggle.
 
I like the moment in one of the Christmas episodes where The Planet Express crew all pretends to be Santa to save Bender from execution (he was taking over for Robot Santa,in an attempt to make Xmas a good holiday again)...

Zoidberg comes in with..."...and I'm his friend,Jesus!!!!"....

"None of you people is Santa Claus!!!...and how dare you lie in front of Jesus!!!"

and later on...

"Save me,Jesus!!!"

Zoidberg: "I help those who help themselves!!!!"
