... I need new music: mostly for running but also for a full gym workout... I need some suggestions as I'm tired of listening to the same old stuff. I tend to buy stuff on itunes, not really wanting to mess my computer with the pirate programs.......
Linkin Park always gets me going at the gym. I always find 80's music to be a good adrenaline rush (Bon Jovi, White Snake, Guns N' Roses...). Just makes me want to dance!
But seriously though...I personally like AC/DC at the gym. I always start with "For Those About to Rock" on the treadmill. Sometimes I get a little carried away when the cannons go off, and people look at me funny.
Anything arabient, even though it's not fast paced it should heighten your level of 'arousal', and arousal is a scientific term for sensory alertness. Just in case you thought I was trying to e-rape you.
I always have something really "pumpy" at the gym - for example,
Corabichrist -"This **** Will **** You Up"
Zeromancer - "Need You Like A Drug"
& a lot of Rammstein songs.
Gn'R are good for the gym aswell .
And Eye of The Tiger. How could you not listen to that at the gym? Hahaha
I need help updating mine.. so tired of the same songs. The ones I really like are:
SounRABystem-Micheal Franti
Party All The Time-Black Eyed Peas
Sex On Fire-Kings of Leon
Uprising-Muse
Five to One-Doors
I Know You Want Me-Pitbull
Smack My Bitch Up and Firestarter
Knowing that maybe you could rec some others?
