Best workout & gym trax for my ipod?

lol that commercial for that one phone that plays music. That guy was going crazy for fall out boy

Fall Out Boy ****KKIN ROOLS!!!

Anyway Megadeth is definitly one of your best bets.

any of the Desert Sessions volumes

any of the In Search of Sunrise albums

anything by Deep Dish

anything by Faith No More

those are kinda dependent on the impression that you're going to be jogging/cycling/STEP MASTERING

if you're lifting weights might i suggest any 80s power ballad because you'll want want to destroy your muscle tissue because you're listening to sh*t

i guess its kinda cheesy,....but i always listen to the cult while runnin,.....
also,...i pay attention to stuff that makes me wanna dance in clubs,.....and that normally makes it onto my workout play list,.....i figure, if it makes me want to move,.....and makes me smile, then it will make me run up that third hill i hate,......

other random stuff,.....might work for you too

the killers
jet (think are you gonna be my girl and cold hard bitch)
alot of kayne west's stuff (i normally start my pre run stretch with 'all falls down')
the allman brothers' whippin post
audio slave
pearl jam's even flow

i kinda have three workout play lists,...
one is really up beat and 'happy' for when its pretty outside, or i'm just in a really good mood, and all i want to do is sweat,....

one thats kinda 'angry' for when i need to take out some agression, or i feel i'm not pushing myself hard enough

and then i have of just classical music when i just wanna run to think,....not to burn calories,...but just to,...sort,....

I have a whole play list, I work out every day and this usually helps keep me interested ... I'll post it if you want to see it...

my song that I end on with a 2 minute all out spring is Dethklok's Thunderhorse... it is the PERFECT work out song, imo.

Friggin' Killswitch Engage, Slipknot, Arch Enemy all good to work out with...if you like metal that is. Some good songs specifically:

"Vermilion" -- Slipknot
"Archetype" -- Fear Factory
"The Quiet Place" -- In Flames
"I hate everything about you" -- Three Days Grace
"Rose of Sharyn" -- Killswitch Engage
"Nemesis" -- Arch Enemy
"My Curse" -- Killswitch Engage

I have lots more...but you get the idea! =)

my favorite treadmill artists were system of a down. until i discovered that jogging to the beats of dj irene was much more satisfying.

I used to like Barry White, some Luther, Kook & the Gang and classic RnB for clirabing Mt. Tamalpais in northern Kollyfornia: DigitalDreamDoor.com has "100 Greatest 'Classic' R&B/Soul Songs" ...:tramp: Can't post the url until I get 15 posts it say.

I have been working out to "The SounRAB" recently - it really gets me going. Especially when I am on the treadmill, "The SounRAB" is an awesome band to keep me motivated and I don't think so much about the workout burn.

Also, I would be lost without my iPod shuffle. It is so easy to workout with. There is a website that gives the iPod shuffle away for free, and it's definitely worth checking out.
