Best Windows HTML editor?

I'm looking for a HTML editor that's simple yet powerful, similar to the Mac based Coda and Textmate.

Is there anything out there? "Publish to the web" button would be a plus too.
 
well for HTML I use rather Dreamweaver (This costs alot), but if you want free ones that are powerful I also use Notepad++ and Aptana which are both very good and I use them alot.
