best webpage editor for html site?

Id like to know what is the best webpage editor not creator because most creators cannot open html documents, Im asking if I made the page but did not save the orignal document of the page creator what is the best and easiest program to edit my already made html website?
I dont want to deal with coding it, I would like a visiual editor, code editing takes to long.
