If a guy is extremely shy around women and terribly afraid of rejection, are there ways he can build self-confidence? What are the best ways for him to do it?
I'm a good-looking single guy but I don't date much at all because every time I see a single woman I'm attracted to, I freeze up and can't bring myself to talk to her. Strangely enough, I am not this way around women who I am not attracted to.
