You are all going to laugh at me, but I am going to be taking the Social Science CSET and I am not a History major. 
I actually received my degree in Sociology and would most likely do very well if the CSET covered my area of studies but Social Science seems like the closest that I am going to get. Can anyone tell me what method/books/etc. they used? Also if there are particular areas that I should concentrate on? Ive downloaded the guidelines from the CSET website, but they are pretty broad (with the World History part suggesting that I start from the Paleolithic Era and keep going). Only serious answers please. Thanks!
