Best way to record Flash games?

I was using hypercam2 and it worked great on a shock wave game (adobe's other type of web games) but it runs too fast on flash. What is the best software to record games at a really good frame rate for the game and is synced with the sound. sothink's swf to video expired on me so i don't know what to do. Ive tried a ton of software but some either don't record enough or just slow down and gets really choppy. Thanks
