best way to put on a chain for a bike?

You will need a chain breaker to cut the chain to the correct length. You can use the old chain as a guide. You never stated what bike you will be putting it on.

u mean like a lock or like the part that attaches to the sproket and rotates the wheels?

if its a lock make sure you get the frame wrapped up a bit and stay away fromt he wheels becuase there easy to take off.

ve no clueif its the other option put it on the back part and the top of it on the part where there pedals are and pedal .. it should fall into place
