Best way to cook dog meat?

I bought some dog meat from the local asian mart, and was planning on putting it on the grill tomorrow. I was wondering if it okay to cook it medium-rare, or do i need to cook it all the way through. Also, what are some good recipes or spices/seasonings i should put on it?
no this is a real question. serious answers please!
