So I've been wanting to get in shape (not ripped) but I can't really leave the house except weekends ( lots of schoolwork and only one at home to watch my dog). Recently I've started trying doing just situps and pushups to build some muscle but I think I should start off softer.. I only did about 10 pushups and the next day my arms were sore. What kind of exercise can I do at home? (My backyard is pretty big so I can be exercise outside somewhat) I'm willing to get any training equipment but I just don't know how or where to start lol. When I was little I used to jump rope alot and that's all that comes to my mind as to what to do at this point.
