Best villain deaths

What are you some of your favorite villains deaths in an animation tv series?

There are probably others that might be as good, if not better, but this one is fresh on my mind because it recent.

Zhao (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

His hate was stronger than his willingness to live. Plus the background music was great, Seige Of The North is one of the best music scored episodes of Avatar.
 
I liked Darkseid's in Justice League. That final battle between him and Superman was awesome. Was kind of disappointed they found a way to bring him back at the end of JLU, because I remember being surprised that they had actually killed off a bad guy since he did never show up again after it.
 
DR. Kakuzawa in Elfen Lied. He was already going into a person I hated and seeing his head get blown right off was..Oh, so satisfying!
 
Disney generally does a good job offing it's villains. Maleficent, in 'Sleeping Beauty', may have had the most dramatic death in the history of G-rated movies. And the Wicked Queen in 'Snow White' wasn't too far behind.

Ursula ('Little Mermaid'), Scar ('Lion King') and Gaston ('Beauty and the Beast') also made satisfying exits.
 
Dan Turpin in S:TAS.
Everyone who died in Batman:Mask of the Phantasm.
Bonk and the Joker (both deaths) in Batman Beyond:Return of the Joker.
Frollo in "The Hunchback of Notredame".
 
New He-man, King Hiss eating his own head. Even though I know he would have survived if the series continues his "Death" was just very interesting to me. Being tricked into eating your own head. Ouch, thats got to hurt.
 
My favorite villain death would have to be Pride's from Full Metal Alchemist. The musical score was awesome. And I also like Archer's death in the same episode, since I both hate archer and like Riza(who killed him).
 
Lot of DBZ villians had cool deaths, Vegeta kills Zarbon by punching his fist right through his stomach and blows him away with an energy blast from the inside, Frieza gets sliced to pieces by Trunks, Dr. Gero/Android 20 gets his head kicked off and curshed by Android 17, Babidi gets his head smash in by Fat Majin Buu, Cell and Kid Majin Buu get vaporized by giant energy attacks, Cooler in DBZ movie 5 and Broly in DBZ movie 10 get blow into the sun. etc.
