This is a sequel to my "Best villains casts on action show" thread, what comedy shows had the best casts of villains?

Comedy action shows such as Duckwing Duck or Kim Possible, which qualified on the previous thread, also qualify here. (sometimes in the Oscars, someone can be in two categories) Though try to draw the line at shows that is very dark and serious often. Not that I plan on using them on my list, but you could. Here is my list in no particular order. At the time of my actsion show thread, I had no indention of a sequel thread, but I realise there is a whole other genure of villains that deserve to be reconise.

Ducktales - It had an endless number of villains who were hillarous, yet were also a serious threat. The Beagle Boys, Ma Beagle, Magica the Spell, and my favorite Flintheart Glomgold.

Fairly Odd Parents - Vicky the evil babysiter, Mr. Crocker the Fairy hunting teacher, that alone is enough to make my list. Over the years they had added Norm the Genie, Mandie, and Doombringer.

Rocky And Bullwinkle - the cartoon ifself had Boris and Natasha, as well as their bosses Fearless Leader and Mr. Big, they were funny. The other cartoons had other hillarous villains such as Snidey Weaplash.

Wacky Races / Dastardly And Muttley In The Flying Machines / Yogi's Tressure Hunt - any show with Dick Dastardly and Muttley.

I realised that I have put Comedy villains in the action thread, because I just got up on the heat of the moment, and I love the wacky, hillarious parody type villains. The onyl thing that can compete with wacky superheroes is wacky supervillains.

Here are a couple-

TMNT 80's- Now, Shredder isn't as dark as his comic version ever was, and he has to take guff from the true villainous star of the show, Krang. And we have some villains that are either hit or miss. We have Leatherhead (who somehow became a villain in the cartoon), and Rat King (who while borderline psycotic, can be quite funny in his dellusions from time to time). Then we have a couple stinkers like Wingnut and Screwloose (who had a much better origen in the Archie Comics version).

Hoshi no Kirby (Kirby Right Back at Ya)- we pretty much only have 4 villains, King Dedede, Dr. Escargoon, the Holy Nightmare sales rep, and Holy nightmare himself. But the King and Escargoon pretty much (like Dastardly and Muttley) stole the show from the pink Marshmello.

Homestarrunner.com- While Strongbad, Strongmad, and the Cheat were originally created as villains, they evolved into something even better. Oddball jerks that actually get along sort of with the other characters.

Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog- Admit it. As gooftastic as this show is, there's something about a goofy round Robotnik and his idiot robot henchmen, (including Coconuts, who never wanted to be lumped in with the other 2, and always got the short end of the stick, after being his number one robot for a while)

The Tick- From Chairface Chippendale to The Mother of Invention (who was a guy) there is just too much here to work with.

The Mighty heroes- a show that satirized the conventions and formulas of the Superhero cartoon of the time had an Adam West Batman like array of one note villains like The Shrinker, The Frog, and The Monsterizer. All villains that began with "The".

Here's some of the best comedy villain casts which I'm a fan of funny villains:

Darkwing Duck - Bushroot,Megavolt,Quackerjack,Negaduck and many others are the best funny supervillains due to their cool designs.

Rocky & Bullwinkle - Boris & Natasha,Fearless Leader,Mr.Big are the best funny villains with them always plotting to get moose & squirrel along with Snidley Whiplash.

The Tick - Chairface,Proto-Clown,El-Seed,Mr.Mental are the most interesting funny weird supervillains ever created for Foxkids.

Fairly Oddparents - Vicky,Denzel Crocker,Francis,Jorgan Von Strangle,Remy,Mark the Alien,Cosmo's mother,Anti-Cosmo are the best wacky villains ever which they're so evil & yet funny at the sametime.

Invader ZIM - Invader ZIM & GIR are one of the funniest main character villains ever by conquering the planet & trying to get rid of Dib who gets in his way.

CareBears - Professor Coldheart,Frostbite,Shrieky,& Beastly were pretty funny interesting villains, but Beastly cracks me up because of his bashings and his weird interesting laugh.

Stunt Dawgs - Fungus & the StuntScabs were pretty hilarious villains & Fungus cracks me up when he doesn't want "Payback Time" and tries to hit on Sizzle and he even sounds like Beastly from CareBears to make it funny.

Wacky World of Tex Avery - Sagebrush Sid,Dr.Hydrant,Dan,Mooch & Genghis the Lion were pretty hilarious villains as much as the heroes which was the best cartoon ever & poor Genghis & Mooch to lose to two adorable heroes like Maurice & Khannie.

Cow & Chicken/I.Am Weasel - The Red Guy & I.R.Baboon were pretty funny/wacky villains which the Red Guy loves to use his butt alot always cracks me up.

Sheep In The Big City - General Specific & his gang were pretty entertaining villains whenever they try to catch the sheep which is funny.

Samurai Pizza Cats - The Big Cheese & Bad Bird were the best funny anime villains ever with them always plotting to get the pizza cats and I wished CN would of got the show, it was the best series ever.

Venture Bros. - The Monarch & Baron Underbeit were pretty funny dumb supervillains which even their henchmen are just as dumb as them which makes the show funny.

Hmm, I wouldn't really say Trixie is a villain the same way the others are villains. I wouldn't even say she was a villain at all, honestly.

There is this Jim Cummings-voiced Scuba Diver villian that appeared on an episode of Duck Dodgers that makes me chuckle just from THINKING about him. So he deserves props on this list.

I would, believe you me; she was so mean. I wanted to hurt her for she's done to poor Timmy. I wouldn't be surprised if Mona Marshall voiced her. But getting back to topic, let's add The Ghost Master from The Real Ghostbusters.

Weather you think she is mean or not, and that is debate in my opinion, reguardless she is not a villain. Simply being mean, doesn't make you a villain. I don't think she in the class of Bonnie Rockwiller, Daz Baxter, Paulina (Danny Phantom) as mean jerks, and they are not villain either. She is not that mean, and reguardless even if she was, it don't matter, she is not a villain.

For goodness sakes, she was a hero in Big Superhero Wish . Anyone that is truely evil, became a super villain in that episode.

Who is we?

She's not interested in Timmy and he's hung up on her. She's completely out of his league to be completely honest. Timmy really just needs to give up on her. She does create some conflict in Timmy's life and does serve a purpose.

How would you feel if you were rich and spoiled and had lots of friends already and you were always being swarmed all over by people telling you that your wonderful? Add to that a very strange little kid with nerds and poor people for friends who you know has no chance of getting anywhere with you. I can kinda see why Trixie wouldn't be very nice to Timmy. He just needs to give up on her.

She's a little insensitive but we've seen a good side of her too. She's certainly not a villain.

If I was Timmy I'd push her in a mud puddle and get her expelled from school and disowned by her family. What purpose does she serve but total strife? So she's a villian. She should've been killed off long ago. Or better still, she should have never had been created. @ all.

So it's a matter of interpetation.

Wow. Someone else who actually remembers that show.

Underdog had a great share of wacky villains. Simon Barsinnester, Riff Raff... all the way to more obscure one timers like Batty Man and evil Alien rulers from Zot and the planet of the Flying Sourcerers. I mean, any cartoon where the villain kidnapps random people because he wants them to make cake for him deserves a mention here.

And let us not forget Futurama. Now there was a show with crazy villains. Dr. Wernstrom (not really evil, but a jerk none the less), Mom- the evil industrialite who sported a fake homestyle facade, the Robot Devil, and Santa Claus, who now kills people instead of giving presents.

Reasons?

My favorite villain on a comedy show would have be Shannon from Home Movies. Although not very wacky, he was an occasional all out baddy who hinted a vast intellect and an ability to express sympathy and friendliness. Just a great personality with many layers.

Roger from Doug. The guy was a badass with a pink cat who occasionally shows that he has no guts and proves that he has no leadership skills whatsoever. I speak only of the pre-Disney Doug, by the way.

And Radical already mentioned the Monarch from Venture Brothers so that's where my list ends for now. I could add on about the Monarch's henchman and Dr. Girlfriend, but they really need no explanation.:p

Ed from Rocko's Modern Life (he was the toad guy, btw): A great demonstration of a zany villain (or is he just a mean guy). He shows anger greed, stupidity, and yet sympathy and the ability to love. I'd give a better description but it's just been too long since I've last seen the show.

Killface from Frisky Dingo: A monster-guy who tried to destroy Earth and, upon failing, tries to run for el presidente. It's hilarious how he shoots people, too. And his cronies are great, especially his nephew. I love how he pushes the cereal of the counter every time. Gold.

No one has mentioned Mr. Burns from "The Simpsons." What's interesting about him is that while he is definitely evil, he can be nice at times.
