Best villain casts on action shows

I haven't seen much of Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!, but from what I have seen of it... I like the villains. Most of the ones I've seen - I couldn't tell you their names, but some kind of undead monkey, a creepy computer program (reminiscent of "Lost Soul" from Batman Beyond), one I just plain don't know how to describe (he was kind of viscous, I think?), not to mention the Skeleton King - all have a kind of dangerous, gimmick-light "main bad guy" element to them.

(Of course, then there was that meat thing. He doesn't count.)
 
Invader zim, well, zim was the villain, and one of the dummest ever.

Death note, the main character is the villain, and one of the most threatening villains ever.

Samurai Jack, come on guys, Aku is the villain that i hate the most from all, hes just evil, and his origin story rocks.

Cowboy Bebop, Vicious, best villain ever

Courage the cowardly dog, it has som of the weirdest villains ive ever seem.
 
Does Avatar count as an action show? The villains in that show (Zuko, Zhao, Azula, Long Feng, etc.) have all been some of the best in recent animation history, especially Azula.
 
It counts as an action show, but they don't use the villain of the week format, and most of the villains are all part of the Fire Nation. It is not really a cast of individual villain, since most of them work for the same company, or in this case country.
 
X-Men 90`s: Mangeto,saberthoot,Mr.sinster,O mega red,Apolacye,and the borther hood etc. These guys just didn`t give the X-men a brake. And they were so awesome at being bad I hated seeing them lose.

JL/U: Another great rouges galley. Whit villains from each of the hero comics, alone whit JL viallins too. What more could you ask for.

Spiderman 90`s: The viallins seem to fit well into the on going seasonal storyline. This is one of the few shows that didn`t feel like it was doing the vialin of the week just so spider to fight them. The viallin were there for a reason and not just to kill spiderman.

Batman Beyond: This show did such a great job giving terry his own viallins instead of taking the easy way out and rehaseing old batman viallins. And if they did, they made sure the viallins were use in a different way.

Darkwing Duck: Althougth the series was ment to spoof comics the viallins were still evil and sometimes serious.

DBZ: One of the few animes that were not scare to kill off their viallins. Before some of the viallins meat their end, they would mange to do something tragic for goku and his friend to remeber them.

Ronin warriors: A giant floting demon head(Talph), 4 badass warlods ready to kill when giving the order to do so, then later join by a 12 year girl who kick everyone butts whit one hand tied behind her back?(kayrau) Alone whit one(or 2)timers like sarenbo and saber strike after the inferno armor. And how can I forget mukala? Man I love that show.:mad:
