Radiohead and The White Stripes have the most clever ones... Bjork and Tool has some of the most inventive and surreal ones.... And while they may not qualify as music videos (proto music videos?) the animation sequences Pink Floyd did with Gerald Scarfe were brillant.
 
I have learnt that under no circumstances, you should never watch "Seven Nation Army" whilst under the influence of any illicit substance.
