Best Vegas Buffet if price is NOT an issue.?

I'm headed to Vegas later this month. I don't care about price. I want the best quality buffet. I already know about the Sterling Silver Brunch at Bally's but i am looking for dinner not brunch.

The buffet at the Monte Carlo is good.

bellagio is the best 38 for dinner but its worth trying it once in a lifetime. i am not sure if wynn has a buffet

I've been to the M Resort. And it does have some superior items in the buffet. And the free drinks were also very nice addition.
I would certainly try to visit this location on your trip here. You will enjoy the meal and the experience of one of the newer casinos. The staff is superior.
