best tuner for 1999 dodge durango?

ok my brother bought a dodge durango and he is gonna start putting parts on it but he doesnt know what tuner to put on it he was thinking about the sct x3 or the diablo predator its a 1999 with a 5.2 he alread ordered the thorttle body spacer the k&n air intake gibson headers the truck is stock it just has a magnaflow cat back and a 75mm throttle body any ideas what will it be running with everything and the tuner at the 1/4 mile
