Best time to test with Clearblue ovulation tests?

I have heard that the best time to test using ovulation tests is 2 PM because LH is synthesized in your body early in the morning and will not show up in urine until later in the day. However, in the Clearblue easy digital ovulation test directions it states "many woman find it most convenient first thing in the morning." I called the helpline and was told that Clearblue recommends first morning urine because it's the most concentrated. It would personally be a lot easier for me to test first thing than not drink anything and not pee from 10 AM - 2 PM and I feel I should follow the instructions and listen to the helpline. Has anyone else tested ovulation first thing in the morning and did you get a positive? Did you eventually get pregnant based on the tests? Thanks!
