I have an entity in the early stages of development. We need seed capital and plan on working with angel investors. What type of company is easiest for investors and us to work with:
Here's what I understand is some of the differences:
S corporation - One class of stock - maximum of 75 owners
LLC - the naming convention of officers seems kind of strange. No requirement for a board of directors
C Corporation - Can have different classes of stock i.e. preferred stock and common stock
Or, are there other types of structures that make sense?
