Best starter electric guitar?

Something affordable but has enough quality to last me to the next level. I'm being offered a Yamaha EG-112 for $125, a Fender Squier Strat for $50, and an Austin ERA Standard mint condition with an amp for $100. The last deal looked like the best, the Squier was a little old, but any suggestions?

get the squier or an ibanez. I started with a squier and still fuck with it sometimes. I play a Schecter now.

WERD dude. i have a schecter and a Bc Rich..but i started with the squire too. It gives you everything you need at a decent price.
