best spot treatment

hey everyone....i finished accutane 11 months ago...my skin has been good..however..in the last 2 days i got two pimples right beside eachother..they are not huge..but they look huge cuz it looks like one big one cuz they are close together..and its really red...the worst part is that it is right over a past scar..so now i feel the scar will be even more noticeable..
anyways..i dunno if it is my acne coming back or just something i ate to have caused this..cuz this has been the worst one since accutane..
but do you suggest i use a spot treatment to try and bring it down?? i have panoxyl aquagel but im scared to use it..i dont wanna make it worse or more irritated...
any suggestions?
 
I agree with Waterlilly on the Mint Mask... Murad's sulfer spot treatment is good. I only use it at night becuase it's kind of stinky...but when I wake up, spots I had are almost completely gone.
