Hello, what is the Best software to make a flash game in? i know C++.
please also include weather or not i would be able to do the art in the same program and then add the actions. (thats what i would prefer) if i am not able to do that please also tell of a nother program that i can use. Please make it free, no 700 dollar flash CS3
