Best smartphone for internet browsing?

I'm looking to step into the smartphone/pda world, and my #1 priority is internet browsing with a data plan. Verizon is my carrier.

I've done some looking around on these forums, but is there one phone or a subset of phones that are generally regarded as better for internet browsing than others?
 
Well, it really depends if you are going to use it strictly for web browsing. Or that you will be doing other things on the PDA/smart phone like editing documents. Do you prefer a BlackBerry, Palm, or a Windows Mobile phone? Will you need a full Qwerty keyboard? Are you going to watch videos on your phone as well? And unfortunately, you're going to be limited to what Verizon has to offer. If you don't really need th4 use of a smartphone, there's the LG enV. Try checking out the link below to help you out. Otherwise, I'd probably go with the Treo 700p or the BB 8703e.

Editing docs: no
Qwerty keyboard: yes
Video: yes
Preferred OS: Windows I suppose, though this isn't a dealbreaker. Since I'm not going to do much with apps and editing documents this shouldn't matter as much, right?
