I have the "fully flashed" blackberry thanks to the hard work by Tony, and I believe another meraber or two. (Sorry I dont know any other names) I love it. Just curios about other smart/pda phones That can be "fully" flashed

Which has the most to offer such as working apps (gmail, myspace, google app, etc.....)

Just curious what everyone else thinks and what others have found works and doesn't work with cricket.

It might be better if you posted this in the PDA section, however i do know a phone phones that are PDA like but are not PDA's so i guess to be on the safe side this is better posted in the PDA section, can a Mod look into this cause this is a question that in my eyes can be answered in differnt ways.

and i think HTC phones are cool. look into them.

Agreed. My mistake. I actuall meant for this to be posted in the pda/smartphone section. Sorry for the mishap. Can a mod move this for me, or should I just repost it?

I'd have to agree, go with an HTC, they are much better for 3rd party apps. BB doesn't give alot of room for these, where the HTC will allow for anything, almost to be put on it.

touch pro/touch pro 2 are the best pda, followed by blackberry 8330. some say the diamond, but i think a pda without a keyboard is worthless.

If your a physical keyboard person a Touch Pro or Pro 2 will be my choice.

If your looking for a touch-only phone (no keyboard)...my choice would be a vogue or wait for the Diamond 2. Dont go for the Diamond because for a phone to not have a SD slot as Drunk said "is worthless to me"...LOL

HTC all the way...best choice if you like to tinker and customize your phone exactly the way you want it with third party apps or new interfaces.

Example: My vogue went from wm6.1-->M2d-->finally to wm6.5 to date :)

i'm addicted to my new bb curve now that internet works. i wish we could make app works, but i think i'll need a proxy bypass. its odd though because facebook app works on the ppc, but not blackberry....

I've had both HTC's and now a curve. The htc's can handle all sorts of 3rd party apps and Its a real plus. The BB seems a little smoother overall to me. You just can only access what's available thru the browser. Hopefully someone comes up with a way around that though.
