I'm a sophomore in college and am finding that with the degree I have so longed to pursue I fail quite miserably at. [i.e. I've had to re-take physics 3 times now, I never failed but felt like me passing it was pure luck so far.] Although in traditional academics I can't think of any other career to strive for, (I'm trying for a dual major in Astronautics and Mechanical Engineering) recently I've been suggested to a degree in the culinary arts, as my hobby for a long time now has been baking. Honestly I am a lot more excited about a degree of that kind though it had never come across my mind before. Now my question is where to go if I do decide to take the ejection seat out of my current schooling? I know absolutely nothing about culinary schools or anything of the like, but I certainly would want to go to one in a warm (probably non-coastal) state as I’m from Alaska and hate the cold. Any references of schools would be amazing. Thank you.
